The following recipe contains only 2 ingredients, that is, kefir and flaxseed, an extraordinary combination which will detoxify the whole body. The mixture should be gradually increased. Fermented foods are known to have a positive effect on digestion. Hence, kefir contains certain grains and it is rich in amino acids, B-vitamins, proteins, and minerals.

This combo will cleanse the intestines, as previously mentioned, but it will also destroy E. coli and regulate the balance of good bacteria with the help of its probiotic structures of healthy yeast and good bacteria strains.
