You will need:
6 medium-sized lemons
20 Oz. of water
First, slice the lemons in half and put them together with the water in a pot. Put them to boil for 3 minutes and then remove the pot from the heat and leave it to cool down for 15 minutes. Then, strain the liquid and pour it into a glass bottle. Store it in the fridge or in room temperature. Drink one cup of it every morning. You can add a bit of honey for sweetness.
