At the end, go back to the primary position and repeat the same with the other hand. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Elbow kiss

Raise your arms at shoulder height and then bend the elbows at 90 degrees and pull the arms in front of the chest so that the elbows touch. Hold the shoulders steady for few seconds and go back to the starting position. You need to do 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Do the exercises for about 12 minutes daily, three times per week, in a 3-week period.
