48-Hour Weekend Liver, Colon, and Kidney Detox That Will Remove All Toxins and from Your Body

Quinoa and prunes- breakfast
Quinoa is a whole grain which is high in protein, fibers, and phosphorus. Prunes are also rich in fiber and Sorbitol. Sorbitol works as a laxative.
Half a cup of quinoa
1 cup of water
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 tbsp of flaxseed oil
1/3 cup of chopped prunes
¼ cup of rice milk
Pour the cup of water and the half cup of quinoa in a small pot. Then, add the nutmeg and the grated ginger. Mix the content and put it to boil. Next, lower the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add the rice milk and the prunes. Cover the pot again and cook for 5 additional minutes. Before consumption, mix in one tbsp of flaxseed oil.
Detox drinks as snacks between meals
Kale, ginger, and pineapple mix
Kale is excellent for cleansing the kidneys, whereas pineapple is rich in bromelain which encourages proper digestion, and ginger stimulates the bile flow in the gallbladder.
Half a cup of pineapple
2 large cucumbers
1 bunch of kale without stems
Half squeezed lemon
¼ inch of ginger
Half a cup of mint
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender.
Pineapple, lemon, and pomegranate mix
¾ cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice
3 cups of water
Slice radishes, cucumber, and celery and mix them. Sprinkle them with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Fruit smoothie for lunch
Half a cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp of ground chia of flaxseed
¼ cup of frozen blueberries
Half a cup of ice
Preparation: Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Veggie broth soup for dinner
2 chopped red onions
2 chopped celery stalks
1 chopped fennel bulb with stalks and fronds
2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 cup of sliced shitake caps
4 large chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped cabbage
2 quarts of water
2 tbsp of paprika
2 tbsp of chopped fresh oregano
8 springs of chopped parsley with leaves and stems
Half a cup of chopped parsley
Put everything in a pot (except the chopped parsley) and add the 2 quarts of water. Let the content boil and then lower the heat. Leave it to simmer for an hour. Serve it topped with the chopped parsley.
This soup is an actual health bomb. Namely, fennel encourages the bile flow in the gallbladder, while garlic aids the liver and gallbladder function. Additionally, cabbage is excellent for the detoxification of the kidneys and liver, whereas shitake mushrooms are very beneficial in the improvement of liver enzymes.
